Labyrinth Wines does not, on its own, collect personal information on visitors to this website unless a visitor to the site submits personal information to us. Visitors should know that the servers on which the site operates collect and make available to us, the "IP Address" of the computer which has accessed this site. In some cases that information can include personal information such as your e-mail address.This is true of any website!
We
ask people visiting our site if they wish to be added to our snail mail
and/or e-mail mailing list. We do not rent or sell the information on
this
list, however the list along with any information provided when
ordering wine, will be utilized by the company we utilize for sales
fulfillment.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. However, since wine is a perishable item, we cannot refund or exchange wine once it has left our possession.
You may return non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping & handling charges, under the following conditions:
You must contact Labyrinth Winery and have your return authorized PRIOR to returning the item(s). No refunds or exchanges will be credited without prior authorization.
Your request must be within 30 days of the purchase date of your item(s).
Your non-perishable merchandise must be returned unused and undamaged.
We do not refund shipping costs and return postage is at your expense.
We will not ship wine during times of extreme weather conditions so our wines arrive in the best possible condition. However, we are unable to accept returns of wine damaged do to adverse weather conditions during shipment or through “Carrier” mishandling.
Once
we have received the returned item(s), we will refund the original
credit card account used to make the purchase for the cost of the wine
less shipping and handling.
To
return non-perishable merchandise, repackage the item(s) in its
original packaging as received. Returns must be sent back prepaid. If
merchandise is replaced, Labyrinth Winery will pay the shipping costs
of the replacement item(s) unless other shipping arrangements have been
made by and at the cost of the Purchaser.
Please contact the
winery for Return Authorization. All shipments must be approved PRIOR
to return shipping and may be refused if no return authorization has

If
you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately. Orders are
generally processed within 48 hours and we are unable to cancel an
order once it has been processed. You may, however, refuse the
merchandise upon delivery. A refund, less any return shipping charges,
will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our location.
Returned Non-Deliverable/ Unclaimed Shipments
If
a shipment is returned to Labyrinth Winery due to delivery failure for
an invalid address, Labyrinth Winery will make reasonable attempts to
contact you. If unable to contact you / we do not receive a response,
we will refund the original credit card account used the make the
purchase the value of the wine and the taxes originally charged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
